Supper Club 2024 #1: Duo's Taqueria (2/8/24)
Attention Harvard Foodies! We are restarting our tradition of the Harvard Supper Club!
Our first destination will be Duo's Taqueria, Duolingo's restaurant in East Liberty, which re-opened to the public in 2023 as a sit-down restaurant with a contemporary atmosphere serving amazing drinks and dishes that play homage to classic Mexican traditions and can be found nowhere else in Pittsburgh. You can read more about the restaurant at its website (https://www.duostaqueria.com/) or in local press coverage (https://nextpittsburgh.com/eatdrink/new-duos-taqueria-offers-a-delicious-way-to-learn-a-new-language/).
We will meet at Duo's Taqueria at 6pm on Thursday, February 8.
Please RSVP to Mark Zheng (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Leigh Coogan (email@example.com) by next Friday, January 19. Space may be limited.
About the Harvard Supper Club: The Harvard Supper Club meets quarterly at one of Pittsburgh's new and trendy restaurants. The Harvard Supper Club was discontinued due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, but we are now restarting it. Upcoming restaurants are promoted via email to our member list, as well as posted on the HCWPA website. Everyone who attends the dinner orders individually from the restaurant's menu and pays separately. In certain situations, we may limit the number of people that can attend based on restaurant restrictions, so please secure your spot in a timely manner. Come to one or come to all! Guests are welcome. Suggestions for future restaurants are requested, and should be directed to Mark Zheng or Leigh Coogan. Please join us for what we hope will be an ongoing Harvard Club culinary get together!
