Our next Harvard Supper Club will meet on Monday, March 5th @ 6:30pm at Federal Galley (Northside)

Federal Galley is the second food hall developed by Galley Group co-founders Ben Mantica and Tyler Benson. The first location, Smallman Galley, was designed to provide aspiring restaurateurs a low-cost and low-risk opportunity to launch their own restaurant concepts. Federal Galley was designed with a similar goal in mind. We exist to break down the barriers to entry in this notoriously restrictive industry.
There is a large pool of extremely talented Chefs that are ready to run their own restaurants and show the world their talent. Our approach to food halls offers talented Chefs a one of a kind opportunity to show the world what they can do. In addition to a fully built out kitchen, we also offer our operators one-on-one strategy sessions and connect them with an array of professional services and mentors to assist in their professional development.

The HCWPA is excited to say that the first year of The Harvard Supper Club was a tremendous success! The Harvard Supper Club meets during the second week of every other month at one of Pittsburgh's new and trendy restaurants. Upcoming restaurants are promoted via email to our member list, as well as posted on our website, https://hcwesternpennsylvania.clubs.harvard.edu. Everyone who attends the dinner orders individually from the restaurant's menu and pays separately. In certain situations, we may limit the number of people that can attend based on restaurant restrictions, so please secure your spot for each upcoming month via the website in a timely manner. Come to one or come to all! Guests are welcome. Suggestions for future restaurants are requested, and should be directed to Mike Dukovich at MJDukovich@gmail.com. Please join us for what has become an ongoing Harvard Club culinary get together!

Future restaurant options include, but are not limited to: Cure, Off the Hook, Morcilla, Butcher and the Rye, Poros, Tako, Whitefield at the Ace Hotel. We also had requests to return to the memorable Pazzo this year! Your suggestions are also welcomed.
