Alexandra Fuller (Drue Heinz Lecture)
Please join the HCWPA for "A Literary Evening with Memoirist Alexandra Fuller." As stated on the Pittsburgh Arts & Lecture website, Alexandra Fuller has a Pittsburgh connection and a new memoir about marriage and divorce, which is coming out in January, 2015. A critic predicts that, “It will sit by Don’t Let’s Go To The Dogs Tonight as a major literary memoir with huge universal appeal.” Mrs. Fuller was born in Glossop, England, raised in Zimbabwe and Rhodesia, and currently resides in Wyoming. Her first memoir, Don’t Let’s Go to the Dogs Tonight, follows Fuller, her sister, and her parents as they move from England to Central Africa (Pittsburgh Arts & Lecture website).
Alexandra Fuller will speak on April 13, 2015 at 7:30 PM at the Carnegie Music Hall, 4400 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Tickets are $12.00 each. Click here to buy tickets online, or RSVP to Alice Hirsch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
