Wine & Food Pairing Hosted by David DeSimone at Open Bottle Bistro in Shadyside
The Harvard Club of Western PA is hosting a wine tasting/food pairing at renowned wine and food expert David DeSimone’s newest restaurant, Open Bottle Bistro. David DeSimone ’80 is a wine/food columnist for the Pittsburgh Tribune Review as well as a wine show radio host on KQV Radio 1410AM. He will share his expert knowledge as guests enjoy three wines, each expertly selected for delicious food pairings. The event will commence at 6:30 PM. The cost is $40.00 per person for those who pre-register. This cost includes wine tastings, food pairings, tax and gratuity. Guests are welcome. Dave’s new restaurant is reportedly (by word of mouth) fabulous!
